April 1, 2024 - My wife and I moved across the country - NYC to California and Roadway made it a peaceful move. I first considered renting a U-Haul, packing it myself, and driving it cross country but received a quote for $7K. This was the price just for the truck and the keys. Tools, boxes, gas, or any other kind of help was not included. Roadway provided a much better service at a fraction of that cost. It could have been much more stressful, especially with a 17 month old, but this moving company delivered on their promise. I spoke with Adrian, the sales rep, and he told me that I would be impressed. I often hear that to only be disappointed but Roadway definitely impressed me. I was most surprised by the disassembly AND the reassembly of our furniture. I'm pretty handy but our queen-sized bed frame has a lot of intricate parts so I was relieved that they efficiently took care of the furniture for me. Roadway movers brought their own tools and even made sure I didn't lift a box upon delivery. They placed everything exactly where I wanted them to be placed and even asked multiple times if there was anything else I wanted them to do. These guys clearly work hard and had plenty of jobs to do that day but didn't make me feel rushed. There is so much more I can say about my positive experience. I will be calling Roadway if I ever move again for sure. 5 Stars.

January 28, 2024 - First time using professional movers and Roadway Moving set my standards up very high! They made my move so easy and stress-free, I couldn't recommend them enough! The crew was extremely considerate, and kind, which helped me feel much more comfortable sitting back while watching them work so hard.I packed all my things into boxes ahead of time and they took care of the rest (bringing boxes down, loading them into the truck, disassembling my mirrors, TV, bed and sofa and packing everything before also loading into the truck, brining all my things up to my new apartment and putting my couch back together).Once we were at my new apartment, they kindly asked where we'd like certain things placed so that we wouldn't have to move heavy boxes or furniture around on our own (which was so thoughtful).Overall, 10/10 experience!

January 18, 2024 - My husband and I had to move out of our NYC apartment quickly as we decided to rent it and thank goodness for Roadway Movers! They are the only company we would trust to move us out. They literally hand packed every item with such care and labeled all boxes so they are clear and easy to locate.Moving is always so stressful and their team had such good energy and a positive attitude the entire time which made such a difference. This was the best moving experience we've ever had and I highly recommend to anyone with an upcoming move.

March 22, 2024 - Heard lots of great things about Roadway moving so hired them for one of my first moves in LA, and they did not disappoint, They were very communicative from the start! Erica was super helpful and patient with me during the whole process. Roadway moves were super fast and took very good care of all my things. Wardrobe boxes were also offered and were a huge help to easily move my clothes. I will definitely use roadway moving again in the future!

October 22, 2023 - Steven, Krystal, and the movers (especially Joel and Bab) were incredible. This was my first time ever doing a long-distance move (South Florida to Washington D.C.), and I was doing it alone too, so I had nerves and lots of questions. Steven, Krystal, the pickup crew, and delivery crew were efficient, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond. The movers were especially courteous, friendly, polite, and gentle with my belongings. And Steven and Krystal always responded so quickly to any questions I had, and I felt very taken care of the whole time. And all of my furniture and boxes arrived in perfect condition!!!! I'm so glad that I chose Roadway Moving to be my movers for this whole journey!

June 5, 2022 - A++++ Recently moved from California to the East Coast and can’t say enough about how great of an experience I had! They were on time, packed everything up quickly & made sure all was labeled & wrapped well and they were so nice to work with.. Took all the stress out of the move for me. Delivered quickly on East Coast in perfect condition! Had great communication the whole time and no worries at all. 10/10

January 30, 2024 - Once again, Roadway saved the day. This is my 4th move with the company and every time they exceed my expectations. We moved from a 4-bedroom in Los Angeles to two locations in NYC: an apartment and an office. Everything was packed with the utmost care, and they split up the boxes and furniture *as they were packing up* so that it could be two separate deliveries. The staff is friendly, professional and a breeze to work with, time and time again. I continue to highly recommend Roadway, whether it’s short or long distance.

September 20, 2022 - Wife & I recently moved to Dallas, TX from our Upper East side 1BR apartment. After talking to several other moving companies that show up when you search on yelp, we were so glad we went ahead with Roadway. Beth our on-site consultant was honest, transparent and knew what she was doing. Despite being a bit more “premium” priced, we were so glad we went these guys. Our stuff came much earlier during the promised window which was an added bonus and didn’t cost us anything extra. Also nothing was broken during and after the move and the staff were so helpfulIn helping us get furniture reassembled etc. Moving is a stressful experience and for us finding a trustworthy mover was extremely important, I’m glad we went with Roadway Moving !

March 7, 2024 - I just moved from Brooklyn to NJ on Monday and Roadway Moving took all the stress out of our move! From start to finish, everyone at Roadway was incredibly professional, helpful, communicative and warm. I’m SO grateful that they did all the packing for us and made our move to the suburbs so smooth and easy! We will definitely be using them if/when we ever move again!

November 29, 2022 - Avi came to our apartment in NYC to give us an estimate. After researching many different long-distance moving companies, I decided to go with Roadway, although pricier due to their unbelievable reviews and feedback I was given. Avi was straightforward with me comparing prices to see what I was getting and assured me I would not go wrong when choosing Roadway.It was worth EVERY penny. When Jose and his team came in NYC to pack me up, I sat on the couch, literally. They handled my building, moving everything from my apartment to the truck. I did not have to lift a finger. They numbered, scanned, and tracked every item, which I was then emailed upon leaving, and reaching the storage unit.My furniture was in storage for 3 months, due to transition time moving states. I did not have to worry. They handled everything, including changing credit cards on file multiple times due to fraud. They were responsive, communicative, and helped in every way.For our delivery, I was initially given a 17 day window, due to the distance down to Florida. I was then called back, stating it would be a 12 day window. I got an email when it was loaded onto the truck and en route, before the delivery window even started. Julian – was amazing. He called me every step of the way, as they made progress to Florida. They even arrived a day EARLY. They came to my building on time, unloaded everything, put it all together, and cleaned up! I could have not have been more impressed with Roadway from start to finish. I again, got to check every item by number to make sure I received everything, and nothing was missing or broken. Everything was perfect!I had them pack up my valuables, as I am a very nervous person and wasn’t sure I should do it. Not one thing was broken, including my china, crystal wine glasses, everything…. I was amazed at how well it was done, handled, and delivered.Roadway – THANK YOU for the best customer service and moving job. I am so beyond pleased and want to thank you all for helping a stressful move feel much easier!!
